Strawberry Brownies
This is a scrumptious treat that's perfect to serve at a winter party or after dinner. These tempting treats are the perfect complement to any winter dish, and better yet, they take only twenty minutes to prepare.
What You'll Need
- brownies (tip: store bought brownies are great time savers)
- 1 lb of strawberries, washed, dried, hulled and halved
- 1 container of Cool Whip (8 ounces)
- 1 container of chocolate hard shell ice cream topping
Instructions
Using a spatula, spread the Cool Whip evenly over brownies.
Next, arrange strawberries on the Cool Whip in a decorative fashion.
Drizzle chocolate topping over the berries.
Let chill before serving.
Makes a platter of brownies.
