I am worried because my child keeps on eating and I am afraid that she might be overweight for her age. I don't know how to make her control her appetite and I think it is getting out of hand. Any suggestions?

as early as today, you need to do the right way and the authority to tone her intake of food because no one will help her other than you, as the parent. start by giving her just the right amount of food with her age and some small snacks until she get used to it.

You can ask help from your pediatrician so as to be able to apply the proper procedure or solution for that. A child's health is very risky to just handle on ourselves.

children should not be overweight because this will dramatically affect their growth. as early as today, discipline her with the type of food she eats especially avoid giving her junkies and sodas as well.

I have observed that most girls become overweight that boys. I think it is because boys are more active than girls. How old is your child? There is a certain stage when the child learns to walk that they lose a little weight because they already learn to play and become active.

Not necessarily Taffy because some active babies are still overweight for their age. Sometimes it is because of the milk and the kind of food that the baby takes. The pedia could give a certain diet plan for them.

that is a tough job for us, to watch over our kids that they will eat in moderation... but worst, we can't really help ourselves preventing them back from eating what they want. :(

maybe you need to tame her down with what she eats. just give her the right amount of food on a daily basis and slowly adjust the intake of foods that are not really needed on her daily balance diet.

overweight is now an epidemic because children are so into junkies and fast food chain. try to minimize and cook food that are healthy at home.

that's bad, i think you need to discipline her as early as possible so she won't get obese... it's not good for a child to become overweight.
