Is it a good idea to have a baby sitter, i'm a working mom so during the day i cannot attend to my child needs since im at work, im thinking of getting a babysitter, so any opinion on this

the first option to that is to seek for relatives that is available, its really important that you trust the person whom you've given the authority to take care of your child

its okay to have a babysitter but be sure you can make-up the time you loss for your kids. so that it will be dependent to the babysitter

if you really want a babysitter be sure to know more about her first, try to know the family backgrounds and how many years does she have been baby sitting

It is hard to trust a stranger to watch your kids while your away. Even they will give documents showing their records. Parents needs to be careful and extra conscious with babysitters.

a relative or a family member can babysit. but i know it doesn't happen all the time.

best choice is a relative for a babysitter not only you already know them but also you feel at ease
