i have tried to keep myself busy walking around outside our house and shop as well but it didn't help me though. all i did was to surround myself with the people i love and to the things that i want.

my postpartum depression was kind of odd. i went eating anything all out after giving birth. it was really a shame that i have been not concern with my health and it makes me feel self-fulfilled with the food that i eat. i thought it was good but it had made me more depressed when i gained weight.

why don't you try to set up goals everyday like taking a walk outdoor, doing light home chores, having a cup of coffee for yourself and do some things you haven't been done for quite some time.
