our local gym wont have kick boxing. we live in a small town. it would be great to try this out. I used to exercise using taebo and really had fun. |

never tried kick boxing before. but like bethdavis I took up tae-bo as a form of aerobics. does this involve actual kicking or just motions? |

with kick boxing i started with motions first but my instructor told me that during later lessons i will get to use a punching bag... great huh! |

these forms of exercise can really make you sweat. though i prefer jogging and brisk walking i really want to give kick boxing a try. |

since its the new year and everybody wants to burn off the fat they gained, kick boxing is one of the ways to do it. I highly recommend it to you ladies! |

lol! i don't do much exercise but im proud to say that i have the best bod among my peers..they are even quite jealous why i don't gain weight despite the fact that i eat and pig a lot..i don't have any plans to do any cardiovascular activities...i think it's a waste of time...let's lighten up, folks..don't do things that you don't like.. |
