just had my first kick boxing experience yesterday and it is exhilarating! if your gym has kick boxing try it out and see for yourself!

nope not yet. but hitting the punching bag sounds nice after a stressful day! LOL.

mi@ - December 26th, 2010 1:19 AM

sounds cool! i hope we have this near the gym!

JaneDoe - December 26th, 2010 4:30 PM

oh yeah me too. but i am more interested in muay thai... :)

Harriet_W - December 29th, 2010 4:21 AM

this sounds like a good way to beat the stress away... literally!

our local gym wont have kick boxing. we live in a small town. it would be great to try this out. I used to exercise using taebo and really had fun.

eviemccoy - December 30th, 2010 3:29 AM

this sounds like a good way to release stress and tension. i hope i can find a gym nearby to take up kick boxing.

btw how is it dfferent from muay thai?

karenJ - December 31st, 2010 3:57 AM

never tried kick boxing before. but like bethdavis I took up tae-bo as a form of aerobics. does this involve actual kicking or just motions?

LovelyRuth - December 31st, 2010 3:14 PM

with kick boxing i started with motions first but my instructor told me that during later lessons i will get to use a punching bag... great huh!

these forms of exercise can really make you sweat. though i prefer jogging and brisk walking i really want to give kick boxing a try.

LovelyRuth - January 3rd, 2011 3:24 AM

since its the new year and everybody wants to burn off the fat they gained, kick boxing is one of the ways to do it. I highly recommend it to you ladies!

Angel.Carter - January 28th, 2011 5:52 AM

i've been planning to try kickboxing but my friends are sooo into Yoga...i don't sweat that much though but it's very relaxing.

Nicole.Smith - January 28th, 2011 1:21 PM

i just gave birth 3 months ago, would it be safe to do kick boxing right now?

W3Low - February 11th, 2011 1:01 AM

wow i wanna try kick boxing someday. i think its a better way to release the anger or stress.

Drizzystrength - February 11th, 2011 3:39 AM

lol! i don't do much exercise but im proud to say that i have the best bod among my peers..they are even quite jealous why i don't gain weight despite the fact that i eat and pig a lot..i don't have any plans to do any cardiovascular activities...i think it's a waste of time...let's lighten up, folks..don't do things that you don't like..
