hmmm... getting divorce, its not really easy to get divorce. the first year is really a struggle for kids specially teenagers. i guess give all the love and support you can give to them,

does your kid already know why you guys are getting divorce? better explain it to them clearly, hopefully they will understand.
just assure them that you will still love them no matter what

talk it out with your kids and hear what they have to say. They are a part of the family and as you have mentioned yourself, it would also affect them. Try to meet in the middle.

how old are your kids? if you think counseling might help then you should look into this. it really helps if you have someone to talk to while going through this difficult time.
