how about instead of grilling you bake your salmon steaks? just season with pepper, salt and dribble some lemon juice. bake for 15 mins at 375 degrees and baste every now and then with butter... |

not too fond of salmon but I like tuna. what I do for grilling is just to season with salt and pepper and some lemon juice like you. but after wards I add some sauted garlic on butter on top of the fish! yum! |
