I have a workmate who regularly smoke while she is pregnant, claimed that nothing is wrong with her 3 kids. I'm really worried about her kids. What can I say to have her stop smoking or can I report her to Child services?

I'm afraid if nobody in her family, not even her husband, can stop her from smoking, you won't have a better chance at convincing her of the dangers of smoking while pregnant.

Leave her alone. Sooner or later she will realize her mistakes. Best if its not too late. Her unborn child will really suffer some effects due to smoking. Her other children will suffer from 2nd-hand smoking.

her first kid is already 12 years old and she is on her 3rd baby, and she still smoke.

maybe an electric ciggarete can help.
