Here is a list of a few natural food that can help kids grow: Milk, Chicken, Eggs, Oatmeals, Beef, Soybeans, Coral Calcium, Skimmed Milk.
There are of course more food selections that can enhance growth other than the ones mentioned above.

Can we add Fish to the list? I heard that its one type of food that is full of calcium.

fish is certainly a healthy part of the diet. I believe it helps not only for the increase of the height alone, but it also keeps the heart healthy.

Coral Calcium? What is that? This is the first time I heard of such calcium. Is it a special kind and better as opposed to regular calcium?

How about green and leafy vegetables, are these not good for a growing child? Back in school when I was like 8yo, our teachers always say to eat green and leafy vegetables because it contained lots of vitamins and minerals that our body needs for development.

Coral calcium is obtained from the salt of calcium found on fossilized coral reefs.
I believe it is just the same as plainly calcium.
