Hello fellow moms!
I want to prepare a meal that's not only healthy for the body but also essential for the brain's development.... care to share your thoughts? :)

As they say, you are what you eat. The brain needs a smooth constant supply of carbs to keep it going. Body and brain friendly carbs are fruits, cereals and grains, vegetables and dairy products. just mix and match.

fish and vegetable oils are very good sources of omega 3 fatty acids.. Those are considered as good oils. It's better to use vegetable oils in cooking.
