Im not sure if this is still used by doctors, but clamping really affects the childs development?

clamping? what is this? please explain some more.

its when the babies head is too big and doctors need to use a clamp to pull the babies out. I'm not sure if its still practice. Mommies can always go for CS

oh a forceps delivery. this used to be practiced ages ago but not any more in modern obstetrics. so i dont think there are clamped babies anymore.

perhaps in other parts of the world...

I dont think forceps delivery is practiced in the states anymore. during my delivery i did not see a forceps.
