my baby sometimes hiccups coz he drinks his milk too fast. how do i relieve his hiccups?

mommad - December 6th, 2010 2:52 AM

its perfectly normal and it goes away by itself. babies get excited right after they are fed so it is normal that they would hiccup.

I agree. Perfectly normal! they should go away soon.

give him some water from time to time. it will ease his hiccups.

well, you cant scare your baby so i guess the water will do. :)

they usually hiccup for only a short time. but i guess if it takes long to go away you should get a check-up.

babies hiccup just like adults. however it usually goes away so it is nothing to worry about.

if he drinks his milk too fast this can be because of the hole in his bottle's nipple. make sure that it's small. this will help with the hiccups.

i notice that hiccups disappear when they cry. im not suggesting you make your child cry though... :)

my babies had hiccups but they disappear after awhile. i did not have to do anything.
