You should bet a baby feeding blanket if you dont already have one. I used to breastfeed in public too and had this blanket that looks like an apron. You can use it to cover yourself and your baby while feeding in public places. |

I use the pump and I also have a nursing blanket which I use to cover us up even if we are at home. I find that my baby likes being warm when we breastfeed. |

I also pump when we need to go out or maybe you can prepare a formula instead. just for going out. |

I found pumping painful at first but got used to it. When I had to go out with my baby, I had a nursing blanket with me and some formula in case it wasnt convenient to breastfeed. |

i think you should look into formula. this is more convenient than a feeding blanket. |
