Mom's Room: Seasonal
Our lives are affected by the seasons of the year. Each season presents different opportunities for children's activities and that's just what this section is dedicated to!
In the winter you may be tempted to hibernate inside but frolicking out in the snow with your children can be just as much fun for you as it is for them. As the cold turns into pleasant spring days, it'll be time to haul the bikes out of the garage or do a craft or two outdoors. As the weather gets nicer, you'll want to make sure you and your children brush up on your outdoor safety.
During summer vacation, our children’s lives are filled with summer camps, playing with the neighborhood kids and going to the beach. All these fun activities can make these carefree months fly by! But before you and your children know it, it's fall and time to start school again. That doesn't mean the fun has to end, though! From drinking apple cider to strolling through the forest to look at the beautiful fall foliage, fall is a great time to teach your kids how to appreciate nature.
Each season tends to be associated with certain holidays and celebrations, so we haven't left those out of this section. From recipes to arts and crafts to why we even celebrate a particular festival in the first place, you'll find everything you need to know right here in the Seasonal section!
