when they turn 5 years old, they can probably sleep on a separate room. i suggest your child can decorate his or her room or pick his or her stuffs for the room. |

I think it depends on parents. Babies have a nursery room. Mostly they stay and sleep in their room. |

have a nursery room for them, in that way they will get use to sleep alone |

Parents would know if their child is uneasy and uncomfortable sleeping alone. Most babies sleeps soundly beside their moms. |

when your child turns 2 years old, maybe, he or she can sleep alone. that nursery room will turn into a toddler's room. |

i advise to have their nursery room next to your room. maybe you can also divide your room with a slide door or separator door for you and your child's room. |

that is a great idea kayeleeb01!!! that should be the setting within 11 months of the child. |

In my case it is different. My first born won't sleep in his own room until he turned 5. On the other hand, his younger brother who just turned 2, we can live him in the crib in his room fine. He sleeps well alone. No complaints or crying. I guess there is no right time. |
