i have a picky eater too but with more food range than yours. at least she is eating. my son does not eat anything else except those he likes. perhaps when they are a bit older you can experiment. so hang in there. |

why not find new ways of integrating other food with nuggets, fried chicken and pizza. if you and your husband eat other foods and make a big fuss out of it then she will be curious. |

her repertoire will improve as she gets older. one of my kids was a picky eater and so we let her have what she wanted. later on she got bored with the same stuff and started to ask for other kinds of food. |

these are good tips to keep in mind. Luckily my kids eat anything but you'll never know! |

i think your kids will explore more food groups as they get older. you just need to be patient a little bit. |

I agree with Valerie because my kids were picky too but as they got older we introduced them to more food which they also liked to try. I told them it was "experimenting" and they bought it! |

I was a picky eater too but after some time i grew tired of mac and cheese and fried chicken. so i ate other kinds of foods! |

I used to be a picky eater too! Anything with potatoes I liked! Anyway... just give her time. She will begin to eat other foods as she gets older. Look at me now, I eat anything! |

then let her eat what she wants. sooner or later she is gonna get tired of it and will ask for something new to try. :) |

my son was a picky eater and still is. he has a wider food range but wont eat anything red in color but loves everything chicken! |
