i'm sure your son does not mean it... they don't fully understand the meaning or the impact of the words they say... it's just that when we are at the brink of anger we blurt out things that we don't really mean... just allow your child to vent out first and then you can talk to him in a manner that he would know that those words hurt you and try to make an action plan with him so the next time you'll both have a better way of dealing with his anger. |

kids are very good mimics. they mimic what they see. perhaps he saw you or somebody else say this? he probably does not understand what he means so dont take it personally. also, better be careful on what your son hears and sees. |
