with 2 young kids i am often too tired for sex. while my husband understands i feel like I am not doing my "duty". I feel like I need more energy... or time!

almost had a heart attack when I found this here! LOL!

anyway, I know what you mean dear. with so many things to do all I want to do is sleep at night. but you should have sex regularly. this is to reinforce your bonds with your husband.

LOL... arent we all!

talk to him. Im sure he understands. My hubby has 2 jobs and he is tired too.

intimacy is a big part of marriage. even though we dont feel like it we should strive to keep this part of our marriage.

lol... i thought what is this about?

hahaha... perfectly normal to be too tired for sex. but I agree that you have to set aside time for this... else he might look for it elsewhere!

for more energy have you tried some supplements like Ginseng Panax? This is very good for the body!

sex is important in a marriage and should not be neglected. I suggest date night with hubby so that you can relax and get romantic and get away for the kids for a short time.

its normal to be tired after a full day but if you neglect this then he might get it from someone else!

bethdavis - December 11th, 2010 3:34 AM

how about taking a power nap in the afternoon to give you more energy at night? when my kids have a nap I nap too so that I can keep up with them! and it works coz I still have time for myself or my hubby after they are in bed!

btw, if you're too tired I suggest having a getaway once in a while. you can spend an afternoon at a hotel or drop your kids off friends or family for some time alone!
