When I was young I really love having summer workshops and I was kind of looking forward for it every summer. Try to see what are his interests and decide from there the right workshop to choose. |

summer workshops are helpful but don't you want your child to just rest for the vacation and have a time playing and enjoy the time for himself? although it is not really like school but his can manage his own time do whatever he likes to do. |

i suggest you ask your son first in case he has something in mind that he likes the best. if he doesn't seems to know what he likes, then you can suggest him something to do during summer. |

I've asked him and he said he likes to learn swimming, which I was happy about because i myself don't know how to swim. I want him to learn swimming in order to enjoy what I can't enjoy, swimming...:( |

swimming is a good choice and he will surely enjoy it. we should help and support them with what they like while they are young in order to develop their skills and maximize them. |
