I had a horrible experience with play grounds, when i was a kid i got it in the head by a see saw, i got a stitch and my uniform was bloodied up. how can i make sure that my kid wont have this problem at school?

best thing to do is to go there and check if the play ground is appropriate for your kid, also asks in your PTA if there are adults supervising your kids play.

you are worrying too much. your kid is not you and not all that happened to you will happen to him/her. just tell him/her to be careful. accidents can happen, just be prepared.
