That i'm not so sure. but i honestly don't think it is necessary. Normally these kids have to undergo an assessment, and some can be accelerated to a higher level, if deemed appropriate. |

It depends on where you are. IF im not mistaken only 14 states make kindergarten necessary. |

i think it should be mandatory in all states. kids who do not go kindergarten miss out a lot in terms of socializing with kids their age. |
