i wouls strongly suggest that you go see a doctor. what you can do though is try to improve her eating habits. Minimize greasy or spicy foods. |

In my experience the primary cause of indigestion is over eating. So regulate and monitor her meals. Make sure she is getting enough food but not too much to cause the indigestion. |

aside from eating too much, perhaps she is eating too fast? i find that eating very fast, like you havent eaten in weeks always gives me indigestion. Tell her to chew 10 times before swallowing her food. |

there are also foods that cause indigestion. food high in fat can cause indigestion so better avoid this. Also avoid caffeinated beverages, acidic foods, peppermint and chocolate. Yeah chocolate! |
