i dont see what the problem is. all you need to do is to tell him that the schedule for having other kids over is on a specific day, example friday coz there's no school the next day. |

If you're honest with him then I am sure he will understand. I also like the suggestion of having them over during weekends. I think this is a win-win suggestion. |

you should have rules at home. when it's ok to have friends, when it's ok to go out with friends etc |

your kids should know when it is OK to have friends over. You can talk about this to your son as he is old enough to understand. |

set a day when its ok to have other kids over. then explain why you would rather have it this way. |

i think having other kids during the weekend is OK. during the weekend I think homework comes first before other kids can come over. |

thanks ladies. we had our talk already and im glad i did since he did not want them around all the time too. he says they are fun but he is tired right after school and would rather watch tv or nap for a while. so it is a relief for both of us! |
