I want to set goals for my 3rd grader, goals for until what degree and age he will graduate. will this be stressing my little boy?

Yes. He's what 8? Chances are you're stressing him out and he wont understand a thing you're trying to say or do. If you want your kids to grow up responsible, smart and emotionally well balanced then set good examples for them to follow.

I think asking or telling him what profession to be in at this age is crazy. Your kid can't even fathom these kinds of decisions. We all want them to excel but putting pressure on them over something that is 10-15 years in their future is pointless.
