i know it is ideal to let our kids eat a good home cooked meal. However we can't deny the fact that due to hectic schedule at work, you barely have time to prepare a good meal. I was hoping you guys can share any recipe or suggestions on how to make a healthy good meal without taking so much time. Thank you!

as much as possible, avoid frying. you can try baking, roasting or grilling. also, add some veggies in their plate even if they don't eat them all. most importantly, be a good example. Show them what you are eating and let them know it's advantages.

i have rachel ray's cookbook. it has meals that you can prepare in 30 mins. very delicious meals, you should give it a try.
