Fellow mommies, how late do you usually let your kiddos stay up at night?
For children between the ages of 7 and 11, is the required number of hours for sleep still 8 hours or longer?

I don't let my kids to stay awake until 9:00 pm, gives me time to finish the dishes and watch tv, need some break too. ;)
