it's a good thing but remember too much school load will definitely put your child to information-loaded and it's not a good thing for a child to get so stressed with so many activities within a day. practically speaking, if i were you, i would rather have the regular school schedule and at the same time, when he comes home, he can enjoy the fun activities of being a child and to play like all normal child do. |

There's one thing to look at this, if you think your son is doing well with school, let him be and don't pressure him with after school tutoring. If his struggling with his lessons, then this is a perfect opportunity for him to learn. |

This actually is a good thing, so why not take advantage of it while it lasts. Your son can have all the fun he wants when it's not a school day. It's for his education anyway. |

Wow... this is a though one. I do get your point though, I understand you want your son to also have some quality time. But if it were me, I'd try the after school tutoring for a few months, just observe him for a bit and if you think it's having a negative effect on him, then you can just stop. |

an extra hour isn't too much for your kid. He might learn faster with the help of the after school tutoring. Also make sure to ask your little one what he thinks of it. Just follow your instincts. |

If i were to decide I will not enroll my child for after school tutoring because it will be too much for a young age. I would take advantage of that when he reach primary level. |

This is fine with me for as long as it is really needed and the child enjoys it too. Opportunity to learn should be grabbed as it is offered. |
