a bad and good at the same time. bad because this meant the time for you kids will be minimize; good in the sense that you are working for your kids' future and benefits. |

i don't think it is a bad idea. i guess it's practicality for nowadays where everything seems to be so expensive. and one more thing, we don't do it to ourselves, we do it to our kids. |

i guess the word "bad" is just too overrated to address a mother who works for the benefit of her children and the entire family, it's a shame to those who say it. i don't mind what others would say as long as i believe that what i am doing is righteous and is subject to alleviate my kid's future. |

I can't blame for that. You just have to make a little effort in balancing your time and be able to give some quality time for your family. |

It is not a bad idea, it is how you handle your time that made it look bad. You should compromise a little and spend just a day or even half a day with your family with no disturbance from work. It is really possible if you find a way. |

Thanks for the advice everyone. I should take some time to budget everything and correct what I've done wrong. I will try my very best. |

Yeah, you should not take for granted the time that you spend with your family. Even if you earn a lot for them it is not enough to make them happy and feel that you are their mother. |

Yes Kathy, thanks also for sharing a thought here. |

I do understand your situation because I've been there once and it was not an easy decision to make. I had to choose to give up my job to be with my family and it is worth it. |

It would be a big decision to make and giving up the job for the family is really possible. We can't have everything in life so maybe we just have to sometimes compromise. |
