for me it's running because it is a full body work out. it keeps us fit and our body is healthy inside out. although i was not able to lately due to very busy schedule. |

i want to try running too but can't find the time. i envy my cousins who are very active in participating fun runs and marathons. |

i guess it is not about how beneficial the exercise is, it is how you do it seriously and that you don't go lose out of patience. |

i am really not into exercise but i do brisk walking like every morning and late afternoon, sunset when there's a free time. the effect of it may take too long but it's very beneficial to the health. |

brisk walking is good for the circulation of blood and some jog around the village too. of course, i don't stop there, i also eat the right kind of foods. |

crunches and sit-ups. i guess it helps my endurance out. i am not really into exercising but as we grows old it feels like you are going to be so much concern with your health. |

exercises that focuses on your cardiovascular. like for us parents, we need a healthy body so we can guide our children along the way. we need a healthy heart. |

I do biking and it really helps me cope with the active and stressful life that I have. It helps me relax and ease out all the worries that I have. Like an escape from the reality. |

Most exercise are all beneficial, you just have find one that you are comfortable doing and spend at least 30 mins doing it a day. |

i don't have time to exercise anymore, i get so tired and only in mind that i want to go for a walk but can't really do it. a walk for an hour is a great exercise. |
