Hi fellow moms,

Let me ask you this: Do you believe in the age-old saying - "Spare the rod and spoil the child"?

funny thing is that i feel that the rod can spoil the child. what i do is a reward system where in they have to do something and if they accomplish it they get a reward, hey think of the chalenge as the rod...
