It's OK. Pretty understandable since women gain weight when pregnant and we all know it's not that easy to lose weight! Just give yourself some time. Also there are styles in clothes that hide those post pregnancy fat well. So choose your wardrobe carefully. |

just don't give up. also i think it would be better if you had a time table to work with. this way you are always working towards your ideal weight. |

its a challenge to get back to your pre baby weight so I give myself lots of time to lose weight. so long as I am not over my bmi then I think I am fine. |

don't beat yourself up. some women have a hard time getting into shape after pregnancy. i just try to eat healthy everyday and hit the gym 3x a week. |

not all of it. it seems that as you get older and have more kids, the weight is more difficult to shed.. sigh... but im hanging in there! |

its natural to be self conscious I guess. we all want to be slim and sexy. but just continue to diet and exercise. im sure you'll hit your ideal weight soon. |
