hey mommies... Ever since i became a mom, my weight increased like crazy too! and i know it's not a shocker coz it happens most of the time.. aside from my belly problem, I'm really bothered with my flabby arms.. any tips? i no longer have time to hit the gym... :(

it's usually just a balance of diet and exercise. I can relate tot he problem of not having time to go to the gym but you can definitely stay active at home. Doing household chores can be a good way to exercise. Do some lifting at home, I believe that can also help firm the muscles.

i think vitamin e help firm the skin. of course wth exercise and diet it does.
