it's usually just a balance of diet and exercise. I can relate tot he problem of not having time to go to the gym but you can definitely stay active at home. Doing household chores can be a good way to exercise. Do some lifting at home, I believe that can also help firm the muscles. |

i think vitamin e help firm the skin. of course wth exercise and diet it does. |
