I used to wake up like really early for a morning jog. I did for like 30-45 minutes a day. I only had oatmeal for dinner and really went low with the carbo. Hardwork, consistency and perseverance..but boy, was it hard! |

my wife enrolled at the local gym 2 months after giving birth and just exercised without really dieting. so far so good and she is around 30 lbs down! |
