That is easy peasy. You, as the parent, is your kid's teammate! Do things with your child as often as you can. Encourage him or her in working or playing as a team. The kid does not have to be with another of his age to develop and learn the value of teamwork. =D |

Let him play with other kids his age. Only kids are usually naturally born leaders and are very independent. However putting them with other kids will help them realize that there are other people besides themselves! |
