My 5yr old boy hasn't stopped thumb-sucking until now. This is normal behavior? At this age I think I already stopped sucking on my thumb. How do I make him stop?

I don't think you should force him to stop. That might have bad consequences. Let it go away naturally. In time he'll stop like we all do. Don't worry about it.
