any tips on how we can teach a toddler to dress herself correctly? I really want to teach her to become independent at an early age. Tell me, is 2 years old too early??

In general, kids aging 3-4 years of age can already undress, dress himself without the help of others.. they are also expected to know how to button their clothes. Then again, each child is unique. They have to master the skill of undressing themselves first before they can learn how to dress up.

Kids are almost always easier taught when they are having fun. Make it an enjoyable experience for your daughter. You can let her choose what dress she wants to wear and then you can let her see how you dress up yourself as an example.

patience. my kids did not start dressing themselves till they went to kindergarten. they always need help with the shirt or their pants. just be patient with them.
