I have a baby girl right now and I have close friend who has 2 year old, and she's always complaining abouther kid being so needy and cries a lot, what can i do to avoid this?

honestly, it would be hard to avoid that. Kids are naturally needy and they cry a lot too. But there are methods or ways to keep them a little less cranky. It would also depend on your parenting technique. you really need to stretch out your patience and just make sure you keep an open communication with your baby as she grows.
