how old is your baby now? i've tried the playtex and he really got used to it but the problem is the letting go stage. i regret that i made him to dependent on it that it was hard for him to sleep without it. |

A pediatric dentist told me to only use the "Nuk" shaped paci's where they slope up at the end. Those do the least amount of damage to their teeth. If she is fighting a paci, I would push that one and then if she doesn't take it then she might just be a baby that will go without one. |

Try a smaller newborn size. He might like the playtex ones for breast feeding. |

I have used the gum drop pacifiers. My daughter loves them. She would not take any pacifier for me, she liked my fingers as well, but my sister-in-law introduced them to me and I have not turned back since. My daughter loves them. The down fall you can only find them online. |

My little one sucks my thumb and LOVES her NUK pacifiers, I tried giving her the hospital paci once when i couldn't find her Nuk and she wasn't having it. I definitely recommend it. |

My LO is 3 months and he sucks on his thumb constantly. I've tried to give him a pacifier and he hates it. He will keep spitting it out and put his thumb back in his mouth. |

I was thinking of buying a pacifier too but can't decide which one. Each baby has a different taste for pacifiers as I have observed with the posts here. I think should try different kinds. |
