i don't think that their is a food that doesn't have salt in it. it would be tasteless.

a lot of factors are associated with having too much salt in the diet. high salt diet is never encouraged, not just to kids alone but even to adults.

my apologies for the confusion. what i mean is there are a lot of diseases associated with having high salt diet. it's included as one predisposing factor that causes high blood pressure, and the list goes on.

food would not really be as tasty without salt in it.
It isn't bad to add salt in the diet, but th amoutn matters.
If you are the type of person who loves salty food, make sure yu ingest large amount of water as well.
