What is the color of the rash? Mostly rashes on newborn skin are common and does not need any treatment. It will be gone in some time. |

SOME LOOK LIKE PIMPLES AND THERE ARE ALSO WHITE SPOTS ON HER NOSE BUT THE RED RASHES WORRIES ME A LOT. |

my baby had the same rashes but i think it is because of the hot summer weather and the kind of soap i used in bathing him. i just changed the soap and kept him from perspiring. after a week the rashes were gone. |

be sure that the clothes your baby's wearing and the soap she is using is the type of soap that are suitable for delicate and new born baby's skin. we can't go wrong when taking care of our babies and so by giving them the best is what we should always have to goal for. |

I see and agree with the posts here. Sometimes those rashes are unavoidable because those are results of the baby's exposure to the maternal hormones in the mother's womb. So, better ask your pedia to be sure. |

do not try to cure it on your own. if you think it gets worst everyday, you need to consult a pedia to know what should properly be done or to give remedy for it. |

I ALREADY CHANGED HER BATH SOAP AND I HAVE OBSERVE THAT THE RASHES GOT LIGHTER. THE DOCTOR SAID THAT THOSE ARE NORMAL AND NEEDS NO TREATMENT BUT I CAN'T STAND LOOKING AT HER FACE SO I DECIDED TO CHANGE THE SOAP AND I THINK IT WORKS. |

my baby has rashes too in selected areas like the neck, joints of the hands and legs. it really looks painful. i applied some powder but still it is so red and looks itchy. |

i think those are allergies from sweat or milk spilled during feeding (neck part). you just need to wash it well and make sure you wipe it dry to avoid further rashes. |
