budget is the main priority. but if you can afford to buy best stuffs or things for your baby then go for the best. make sure that important things that can be use by your child and your self is in the room.

For my 1st baby's room the theme was green and yellow. Soft touches of both colors with a mix of flowers in the design on the walls and ceiling. My hubby and I painted it ourselves.

If you can afford to a hire a professional that's great. Or if you are not sure about painting the room yourself, try to get wallpapers. There's a lot to choose from.

a combination of animals and flowers. choose calm colors too.
