at 8 months plus, kids are very chatty they talk to other kids, is there any study on how to interpret them? i think it would be fun just to know what they are talking about.

its just baby babble. at this point a child's speech is still being developed.

i guess you have a wild imagination, like that cartoon show rugrats. no matter what they are talking about it simulates them thats why they keep on laughing, at that age they can already recognize body movement and is interested in sounds, even from their own sound.
