i saw this on youtube and this is mainly something mom and baby can do. like normal yoga it is usually stretches. i hear that baby yoga can also relieve colic in babies. |

yeah... but there are other bonding times aside from baby yoga. i agree that it is a good form of exercise for baby though. |
