any suggestion on white wine for a baby shower i will be hosting for a friend of mine? I am a red wine fan and not familiar with the white variety and thought i would offer both kinds during the party.

it really depends on the food your serving, white is to white meat and red to is red meat. simple party drinks are champagnes!

white wine is good with fish, seafood and poultry, while red wine is best with meat, cheese and nuts. much better plan your food first before the wine.

I would go with peaches with this one and go for champagnes, even thiough not everyone loves it, its just the right drink for an occasion such as baby shower.

there are some great cocktail drinks for baby showers, just to spice up the occasions. i've found some recipe online and some on books.
just look it up.
