If your planning to throw a baby shower, there are actually lots of adorable cakes that you can get especially for the event. There are already a lot of cake shops that create fun cakes. I saw one diaper cake and it was really really cute!

thats actually a nice idea, i havent had the chance to go to a lot of baby shower and i never saw cakes, i think cup cakes are nice too!

i think a diaper with baby's nasty stuff in it as a cake design is one way of suprise gift or a potluck on your work mate baby shower.
