Summer Activities for Kids: Clothesline Fort
A clothesline fort is the perfect summer activity for kids - they get their very own hideaway...right in the comfort of the backyard!
Instructions
In order to make a clothesline tent, string three clotheslines between a tree and a tall fence. Once clothesline needs to run higher in order to create the peaked ridgepole of the roof. Next, hang several sheets to form the roof and walls, clipping them securely into place using clothespins.
Your kids can also furnish their tent with kiddie chairs, a straw mat or an old rug.
