Summer Crafts for Kids: Marble Magnets

The kids will love to make these fun summer crafts! A perfect craft activity for the little ones on a rainy summer day.

What You'll Need

  • ear flat backed marbles
  • clip art (this must be printed in order to fit marbles)
  • round magnets
  • white craft glue
  • hot glue gun
  • scissors

Instructions

Choose the clip art of your choice. A good tip is to first print off a sample in black and white to make sure the size will work. The clip art should fit on the back of the marble. If needed, adjust size to fit. Then, print in color.

Cut clip art out in a circle or oval shape.

Spread a thin layer of white craft glue on the back of the marble using either your finger or a small paintbrush.

Place clip art onto the back of the marble. Ensure that the art can be seen through the front. Adjust and allow to dry.

Use a hot glue gun to attach a small round magnet to the back of the marble.
