Back to School Recipes: Wrap 'n Roll Tortilla

This delicious tortilla is good to go in minutes. In addition, this healthy back to school menu idea provides your child with servings from all four food groups.

What You'll Need

1 flour tortilla
1 slice of unprocessed cheese
3 slices of oven roasted turkey breast
1 lettuce leaf
2 tablespoons of low-fat ranch dressing


Top tortilla with cheese, turkey and lettuce. Roll up tightly.

Cut the wrap into half and then cover using plastic wrap. Place dressing into small container or resealable plastic bag.

Serve tortilla wrap with dressing for dipping.

Tip: Serve with an apple or grapes and with unsweetened orange juice or milk.
