What You'll Need
2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 tablespoons of cream cheese spread
1 tablespoon of jam or jelly (you can also use preserves)

Instructions
Spread cream cheese onto one of the slices of bread. Top with jam or jelly topping of your choice; then cover with the remaining slice of bread.

Cut the heart of the sandwich into the shape of your choice in order to create a puzzle (for example, a star). This piece should fit snugly into the rest of the sandwich.

Store pieces into a well-sealed plastic container.

Note: You may also top your sandwich with raisins for added nutritional value.

Tip: Serve with an orange or banana and with unsweetened apple juice or milk.
